I have recently replaced the float switch on my RUW12LVP system. Can you
confirm that this comes with a 12 months guarantee

The replacement float if bought separately will have a 12 month guarantee
however if exchanged under warranty will follow 12 months from the original
purchase date

Do not understand the logic of your response. How can a replacement float
have different lengths of guarantee times.Please explain

If you buy a top up kit then it will have a 12 nonth guarantee however if at 6 months part of it fails and we replace it under warranty then the warranty on the replacement part will only run to the end of the original 12 months.

If however you buy a replacement float valve then this will have a 12 month warranty
