We supply a range of spare parts for all of our equipment through our network of retailers. As our equipment tends to extremely reliable we do not expect our retailers to carry a full range of spare parts however any retailer can order them in specially if required.
For those in a rush or who require unusual spares you can obtain them direct but you must pay by PayPal until the e commerce site is set up. How do I do that?

1 - Look on the D-D website for the part number that you require which is given on an attached pdf document. This also shows the price of the item.
3 - You will get an email back informing you if such parts are availiable and the total cost including P&P.
4 - Log in to your own PayPal account at
www.paypal.co.uk with your user account and password.
5 - Go to the SEND MONEY tab at the top of the page.
6 - In the TO box put our account which is spares@theaquariumsolution.com
7 - In the AMOUNT box put the amount that is given on the email.
8 - Tick Goods
9 - On the next page check your delivery address
10 - In the message box ALWAYS send a description of what you have ordered as given on the email as we get many requests and we do not want to make a mistake and send the wrong part to the wrong person.
11 - Press the SEND MONEY box
That is it!!!
We will then send out the part normally the same day if it is in stock
IMPORTANT NOTE: THE PAYPAL ACCOUNT ADDRESS MUST BE SPELLED PROPERLY OR WE WILL NOT RECIEVE THE MONEY TRANSFER. BE ESPECIALLY CAREFUL TO NOTE IT IS "SOLUTION" SINGULAR AND NOT "SOLUTIONS" PLURAL .
