Spares Online
The SPARES ONLINE section of the site has been set up to support the dealer network in the UK and USA by allowing end users to identify and buy those hard to find spare parts for your D-D or Deltec equipment.
Spare parts are available for almost all equipment sold by D-D. Common spares are available off the shelf however less common spares may need to be ordered from the factory in Germany.
Identify the spare part that you require.
At the top right of each page where spare parts are available, under downloadable files you will see SPARE PARTS UK.pdf and SPARE PARTS USA.pdf. This page will show both a drawing of the product and a list of spare parts available with the prices.
UK spare parts
Once you have determined the part, part number and price for the item or items that you require, or if you need help to find the correct part send an email to spares@theaquariumsolution.com
We will look at your request and advise you of the availability, total price and postage costs.
The only method currently available for payment is by PayPal and details of how to make a payment are given at using-paypal-buy-spare-parts
USA spare parts
