i no i have u this question before i want to set the orp probe on my reactor what would set it on toand go off at the moment i have it on a timer like st said
Hi Simon
For fully automatic mode you will need to split the water feed to the
reactor into two with two separate taps on each feed. One feed will then
need
a salt water safe solenoid installed in line, the solenoid is controlled by
the ORP controller.
The two feeds then need to be joined again and fit onto the water feed pipe
on the nitrate reactor.
By doing this you can set a slow water flow through the tap that isn't
controlled by the solenoid. You then adjust the other feed tap that runs
through the solenoid
so when the solenoid is opened by the controller the amount of water that is
fed to the reactor increases. This will pull down or increase the
internal redox value depending if the solenoid has been shut or opened by
the controller thus adjusting the amount of water delivered to the reactor.
Further reading, redox values and diagrams can be found at the links below.
