NanoScope focus distance

Question:

Hi
Please can you tell me, How far into an aquarium can your nanoscope focus in detail on say zooplankton ? My tank is 4ft from the front to the back.

The NanoScope works well on larger tanks however at that distance the magnification is limited to about 8 x magnification.
My tank is 5 ft front to back and attached is a quick picture that I took on my Iphone of a coral about 4 ft away from the front glass

You should be able to establish if this is suitable from this
