Media change for FR509?

Question:

Hi

I have a FR509 Fluidised Reactor which I have been using Rowaphos in.
I have been offered some Phosban by a friend who is breaking down his tank. Can I use this in the FR509 and is there anything I should be aware of if I do.

Hi Gerry

With regards to the Phosban product i would refer to their instructions. If it says it can be fluidised you shouldnt have a

problem. I would like to point you to the following independent test for future reference though.
