The light output from our twin Razor units is very high and I would have thought that one unit would be enough as it is probably strong enough to grow corals let alone plants.

We tend to specialise in Marine aquariums, however we have a complete range of freshwater T5 lighting including:
Midday 6000 http://www.theaquariumsolution.com/t5-midday-6000-powerchrome-bulbs
and Aquaflora bulbs http://www.theaquariumsolution.com/t5-aquaflora-powerchrome-bulbs
We would recommend one of each.
Some information is given on the luminous output in our FAQ section

I will pass this enquiry on to Richard at www.aquaessentials.co.uk who specialise in planted tanks
Hope this helps
