HLP 4040 size of connectors

i spoke to you not long ago about hlp measurements, so i could cut hole in sump tank, also talked about standpipe in weir. well i have managed to get hold of a hlp 4040 pump second hand and in good condition. the trouble is that the pump has only half the unions on the inlet and outlet of pump ( the grey pressure fittings ) . can you let us know what i need to get, size etc and where is best to buy? can i order them through you? hope you can help us out,

The pump is now fitted with half a threaded union in effect and presumably you need to buy the female half of the coupling.

The fittings are VDL brand and you will need to by a 32mm coupling connector with Oring and the same in a 25mm version.

You should be able to get these in the UK online.

If not then you could get some complete unions sent from Germany – the 2 parts would be about £18 but it would cost about £12 in postage.

If you can get hold of a retailer who is placing a Deltec order then they would probably tag on the parts
