12 Gal DX Nano light/fans not working

Hello Stuart,

I am a new member of thenanoreef.co.uk. website. I was given your e-mail address by a fellow member.

I have just purchased a second-hand D&D 12G Nano DX. The main lights (the two PL24W bulbs) are working fine, but both the LED's and the fans aren't working at all.

I have had a look inside the power-pack this eveninig and have found three transformers - or what I believe to be three transformers.

There are two for the PL24W bulbs and a third that I am guessing is for the LED's and the fans. I'm also guessing that this transformer is broken.

I may be completely wrong but this is what I have deduced so far.

Could you please lend a hand?

The two ballasts in the external box drive the 24W bulbs however there is a small circuit board inside the hood under the reflector and this is the ballast for the fans and LED.

You should be able to buy these parts through our spares company by emailing spares@theaquariumsolution.com

You may also need to order new LED to plug into the board
